A jazz piece to "swing". The  double bass introduces the theme, then follows fully notated parts in  which double bass and piano alternate in melody and accompanying  function, and a part with chord symbols for pure improvisations which  can be also jumped over, if the soloists are not familiar with  improvising. Before it flows into a slow end, the double bass takes over  the theme again. This piece is based on the title with the same name  for cello and bass (see there) and can be played of course also by the cello. It is made  only for the double bass in orchestra tuning, so that there is no  transposed piano voice.
