"I play a lot of solo concerts, but it is almost only my electronic  music under the alias Andy Benz. It makes it hard to judge how well I  can play my instrument when I play live-looping with effects and  backtracks. So I needed a flashy encore kind of piece to show that I can  actually play the double bass quite well, especially when playing for  other bass players. So I wrote this piece as an encore piece to show  off, but I did not make it crazy difficult. I don´t want to hurt myself  :-) "
